In-Store Pickup
All orders are eligible for free in-shop pickup during store hours: Tues, Wed, Fri 10-6, Thurs 10-5, Sat 10-4.
Online Bike Purchases
We can ship Kona, Pivot, and Evo bikes, Specialized bikes are pickup-only. Bicycles are shipped via Purolator with shipping calculated at checkout. All online bike purchases may take up to a week to process, and we will reach out as soon as your bike has shipped or is ready for pickup. Once bikes have left the store, the sale is final. If you're unsure, please reach out to us beforehand! We are happy to help.
Everything Else
Orders are processed and shipped during store hours. Orders placed after hours will be processed the following day, and orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Tuesday. As soon as your order has been packed you should get an email with a tracking number.
* Oversized Items
We offer flat-rate shipping on oversized items. Oversized items include: forks, handlebars, wire bead tires, floor pumps, racks, baskets, and wraparound fenders. Oversized items are not eligible for free shipping.
