About

Cycling Elements was established in 2012 by Jeff Lemon and has been serving Orangeville and the surrounding communities ever since. With a year-round team of six, we're always here to help.

Jeff opened the business by himself, starting out in a smaller location on Broadway and moving to the current building (the site of the old Armstrong Foundry) in 2014. Zach was hired on as service manager in 2015, helping to expand the mechanical offerings. In 2024, Jeff decided to sell the business in order to spend more time with his family and Zach took over as owner. As we head into our 13th season we are excited to see what this next chapter will bring.

  • Zach — Owner

Although he's probably 50% coffee at this point Zach is fuelled by more than just caffeine; with 23 years in the cycling industry and a 'send it' attitude there couldn't be a better man to lead us into this next phase. As the new public face of the store you'll probably run into Zach at an event or two or see him fly by when he's out on a ride, either on the trails or around town with his kids.

Current Bikes: 2024 Kona Ouroboros, 2025 Specialized Chisel, Surly Big Easy.

  • Kevin — Service Manager

We're just getting to know our new service manager Kevin. What we've learned so far is that he likes skiing, alternative rock, and metal frames that are equally happy on and off road.

Current Bikes: 2021 Bassi Hogs Back, Canti Ritchey Swiss Cross, Salsa El Mariachi Hardtail.

  • Phil — Mechanic

Phil's diligent work is powered by pizza and his bikes are decked out with as much anodized red as one frame can tastefully take. If you've ever seen a photo we posted online there's a 90% chance that Phil took it - and if the bike in the picture is black and red, there's a 100% chance that it's Phil's.

Current Bikes: 2024 Kona Woo, Specialized Fuse, Opus Stelle.

  • Karen — Mechanic

Karen has been a practising mechanic for ten years and likes to start her day with black coffee, a walk around the block with her cat, and wheel builds. She's a fan of vintage mountain bikes such as the Trek Y-Frame and the K2 Proflex so if you see a blast from the past in the rack out front, you know whose it is.

Current Bikes: 2025 Specialized Diverge E5 Elite, Trek 6500, Fireeye Burning.

  • Zoey — Retail Manager

Our retail manager is a commuter, music lover, and sales-rep whisperer. They're the one who makes sure the products get ordered, and if you want some specific part from an obscure supplier, they'll do what they can to track it down for you.

Current Bikes: 2019 Specialized Alibi C, 2022 Opus E-Big City.

  • Stacey — Office Manager

If she's not in the shop when you stop by, Stacey might have stolen away to the forest for a ride, hike, or XC ski. Either that or she's working behind the scenes on the boring-but-necessary paperwork to keep everything running smoothly.

Current Bikes: 2022 Specialized Fuse Expert, 2024 Opus Horizon GRX 12, 2009 Kona Dew Plus
