Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order that has been placed but not shipped yet, a 5% restocking fee will apply to cover our time getting your package ready to go.

Returns

If you need to return an item, you have 30 days to do so (note that bikes, sale items, and certain other products are final sale - see the full list below). Items to be returned must be in excellent, new condition, meaning:

  • in their original packaging, with all original labels and tags
  • clean, and never installed

You can return items in person or by mail. Return shipping will be at the expense of the buyer. All items can be shipped to:

Once we have received and inspected your return we will issue your refund, less a 5% restocking fee.

In-Person Pickup

When you order online, you can select to pick up your order in person. After your order is placed you will received a confirmation that your order is ready for pickup. If you do not come pick up your items within seven days we will refund your sale, less a 5% restocking fee.

If for any reason you can't get in to pick up your order, please reach out to us by email (info@cyclingelements.ca) or by phone (519 307 4100). We will only refund your order if we haven't heard from you within seven days. 

Exchanges

If you bought something online but would like to exchange it, you can do so within 30 days, and only in person. 

Final Sale Items

There are some items that are final sale. If something you are interested is on this list, please feel free to reach out to us to help you make an informed decision.

  • Bikes that have left the store. We are always happy to help you find just the right bike, but once you have paid and left, the bike is final sale.
  • All sale products
  • Any products that will be used on your body (including but not limited to chamois cream, chamois shorts, water bottles, hydration bladders)
  • Nutrition and food products
