Service
Whether your bike needs a quick fix or a full tear-down, Cycling Elements is here to help.
Service
All tune-ups must be pre-booked, and each appointment slot is for one bike only. You can book a tune-up online through Booxi, by email at info@cyclingelements.ca, or by calling or texting us at (519) 307-4100. If you need to book multiple bikes in for a tune-up, please tell us when booking by email or phone/text, or book a slot for each bike if booking online through Booxi.
All drop off appointments will be scheduled for a Tuesday during business hours. If you are unavailable on the Tuesday of your appointment, you can drop your bike off the Friday or Saturday before your Tuesday appointment, or book a remote drop off, either by email at info@cyclingelements.ca, or by calling/texting us at (519) 307-4100.
Bikes dropped off on or before their appointment time on Tuesday will be completed and ready for pick up the Friday or Saturday of the same week, barring any delays in part availability.
We can do some same day fixes, such as fixing a flat tire or doing a minor adjustment on a bike that has been tuned up within the last year. We always appreciate a phone call or text beforehand to make sure we have time on that particular day. These will be carried out during our regular open hours, Tuesday-Friday 10-6, or Saturday 10-4.

Other Guidelines
Cycling Elements is a small team, and as the only dedicated bike shop in Dufferin County we have had to narrow the scope of what we can and can’t service. Over the last few years this has meant focusing more on bikes we have sold as well as bikes from other independent bike stores.
Because of this there are certain bikes we no longer work on, including bikes from department store brands such as CCM, Nakamura, Raleigh, Movelo, etc., as well as BMX bikes. If you have a bike we are unable to service please reach out to Bryan at Rapid Fire Cycle Repair.
For BMX parts, questions, or service, both Harvester Bikes and Bike Zone are a good source to reach out to.
We do not install electric conversion kits. We are only able to service E-Bikes that we have sold, with Specialized or Shimano systems. E-Bikes have gotten increasingly unique and complex, and we only have the tools, parts, and knowledge to service E-Bikes from the brands we sell. If you have an E-Bike you purchased elsewhere, we recommend reaching out to the retailer you bought the bike from for service.
We have a resources page with all the above links as well as others, including common questions we get such as where you can donate a bike and where to get mobility devices repaired. If you would like further clarification or information about service, you can email us at info@cyclingelements.ca, send us a message through our contact form, or call/text us at (519) 307-4100
