First off, we would like to say Thank You. The support and positivity from everyone has been amazing! We are truly grateful to share our passion with such a wonderful, community.
As our world changes all around us, the bicycle has not. It is a more important tool than ever before providing us with transportation, exercise, and restoring a sense of normalcy into our radically changed lives. How we operate as a business and as cyclists, however, must change.
As we will continue to provide our services, there will be some changes to the business.
We will no longer be allowing customers in the store. This is the biggest change we are enforcing, but it is the safest thing to do to protect ourselves, and our customers alike.
Any sales inquiries will be handled by: phone, text, and e-mail. Payments can be done via credit card over the phone, a wireless debit/credit terminal or by e-transfer. Then a curb-side pick up or delivery will be arranged.
To make purchasing easier, we will be rolling out our online store in the coming weeks, so please bear with us.
For repairs and tune-ups, please call, text, or email us. We will then schedule a drop off time, and notify you when it has been completed to arrange a curb-side pick up, or delivery time.
We are also providing free delivery of bicycle or accessories sale over $25 in Orangeville
Although we are distancing ourselves physically, we want to be there for you. If you want to chat about products, potential upgrades, or crazy bike related things you’ve found online, don’t hesitate! Shoot us a line and we’ll be more than happy to keep the conversation going.
We love riding our bikes as much as you, but to continue doing so, we have to change how, and where we ride. In an effort to eliminate large groups, and minimize risk, most of the awesome mountain bike trails we are now closed. Yes, it sucks, we understand and feel your frustrations. The important thing to remember is that these provisions are not permanent. We are fortunate to live where we do, and still be allowed to ride to the grocery store, or go for a cruise around the neighborhood and just feel free. Please be respectful of everyone’s best interests, and we will get back to riding before we know it.
Ride by yourself, or only with people you live with
Take it easy! Now is not the time to learn new tricks, or to “send it”, dial it back and enjoy
Ride from your home, many of the usual destination spots are closed
Get creative in the backyard, juice boxes make great pylons for the kids to ride around!
Be respectful of other pedestrians, give a little extra room, smile, wave, and keep on rolling
These are unprecedented times, and as we all work together to figure this out, we will get through it. Thank you so much for your patience, understanding, and ongoing support. As a small business, we are so fortunate to have such an amazing community behind us. We couldn’t do it without you.
From our family to yours,
Jeff, Phil, Stacey, Zach, and Monty
